IQF Frozen Mango, Pineapple, Banana and Avocado is the latest venture for Ozchoice.

Ripe fruits are sanitized, cut, machine peeled and sliced or left in cheeks or fingers (mango) or chunks (pineapple) or whole (banana) then spread on trays and placed into the blast freezer then when frozen fruit is packed into a variety of packaging suitable for retail ready or the catering industry.

Ozchoice also has Frozen Avocado Chunks in retail ready or for the catering industry. Avocado is cut into halves then peeled and cut into chunks prior to being frozen, then packaged in our 10 Head Auto weigher and vertical form fill machine into 500g packs.
